- Supervise and coordinate the implementation of a site specific QMS to monitor receipt inspection, construction, assembly, and protection/preservation portions of the Work to ensure compliance with the Company technical requirements.
- Provide leadership/expertise in for the overall project relative to QA/QC.
- Generate PQMT operational procedures for the project and provide feedback to the PQMT on lessons learned.
- Provide weekly input to the QMS reporting system, with regards to QC manpower, QC trends and unresolved exceptions and problems.
- Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
- Evaluate EPCI Contractor’s proposed NDE subcontractors.
- Provide continuous assurance oversight at the construction Work Site(s) to verify the work is in compliance with COMPANY Technical Requirements, and assure adherence to applicable codes and standards as they apply.
- Ensure that all EPCI Contractor QC personnel and PQMT QC personnel are made aware of and use the latest revisions to COMPANY’s Technical Requirements.
- Review EPCI Contractor’s procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and other technical and quality documents as required. Ensures that all testing requirements identified in COMPANY specifications are addressed in the ITPs.
- Participate in periodic audits of the EPCI Contractor’s QA/QC system.
- Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed.
- Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed out prior to acceptance of the work.
- Maintain a site log of all EPCI Contractors generated Deficiency Reports and coordinate their disposition.
- Review EPCI Contractor’s completion files for accuracy and adequacy.
