The independent ownership and management of CTSI have provided qualified consulting personnel to the Construction, Petrochemical, and Offshore industries for over nineteen years. To foster continued growth and to better serve the needs of our clients, CTSI was incorporated in 1993. All CTSI personnel are required to fully understand the client’s needs and respond in a professionally competent and expeditious manner. To assure and maintain competent consulting services, CTSI has an ongoing emphasis on upgrading personnel qualifications through training, continuing education, maintenance of current technical or industry certifications, and obtaining new certifications as mandated by client requirements. CTSI personnel work closely with the client’s management to assure that all project requirements and objectives are met. CTSI personnel assure that the customer receives quality products that are fit for purpose, reduce the risk of project scope creep, schedule delays, and cost overruns on multi-million dollar capital equipment or refurbishment projects.
